Rice Farm Developments

Pouring and Finishing an extension on our rice drying run way. Another small step towards self-sufficiency.

With much of the developed world turning to a philosophical form of Christianity, rather than a relational form, the developing churches in the poorer countries are left to fend for the growth of the church at their own expense. I realize that is a trend which Jesus predicted, and that’s why I am so grateful for the help of the few committed supporters. You who are helping with the development of our rice farm may not realize it, but you are in the midst of a spiritual act. In order to get to the place where FCOP can grow consistent crops, we must consolidate and level land, dig reservoirs, canals, improve fertility, buy better equipment, and import newer varieties. This is going to take a great deal of money. We’ve made progress, but we have a long way to go. We still need more funding just to buy the ammonium sulfate for this next crop, but we have a decent start. FCOP truly believes this is our future, and we need major help.
