Celebration of Life

FCOP Founder Ted Olbrich finished his race and went home to heaven in the early hours of March 23, 2023. We celebrate his life of 76 fruitful years! He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sou, and their children Tony, Emil, Chanta, and Hannah. Pastor Ted was an ordained Foursquare minister for 35 years, serving with his wife as country missionaries to Cambodia for the last 25 years.

The funeral services were held starting the evening of March 23, concluding on March 28, 2023, at the FCOP National Training Center where thousands came from all over Cambodia and around the world to pay their respects, share testimonials of the impact Ted made, and say their final good-byes. You can watch a recording of the main funeral service here:  <Watch>

Ted, affectionately called, “Pa Thom” or Big Daddy left an eternal impact on the nation of Cambodia leading the ministry to rescue and care for over 25,000 orphaned or separated children and thousands of widows. His apostolic leadership enabled the planting of several thousands of churches and hundreds of thousands of people being reached with the Gospel. Under his direction, FCOP brought lifesaving medical care, dental care, and famine relief to show the love of Christ in tangible and practical ways. Additionally, Ted led the ministry to help the poor and destitute by providing vocational training and opportunities for micro enterprises to lift up the Cambodian people. The impact of his life and service will shine on for generations in Cambodia and around the world.

Thank you for your care and partnership with FCOP. We are grateful for your faithful support!
