As we shared last month, staff member Shanon Hladek was recently in the USA but she’s thankful to be back home in Cambodia. She kept a very busy schedule, visiting 6 States including: Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Alabama, and Utah sharing at 7 churches all within 8 weeks. Each church generously gave support for the orphans and widows beyond what she could have asked or imagined. We’re grateful for each one’s support from providing electricity for a church to committing to monthly sponsorship of church community centers. Here is what she had to say about her time away: “It’s one of the greatest honors of my life to be able to represent FCOP International throughout the US. Thank you to each and every church that welcomed me and so generously supported FCOPI. I’m forever grateful. My time in the US consisted of a lot of travel in a short amount of time, but I was amazed at the opportunities God gave me to share about what He is doing in Cambodia through His Church. There were many Divine appointments that only He could have arranged. While it was wonderful to visit with churches and to see family and friends in the USA that I had missed over the years, there is nothing like coming home and being back with my FCOP family.”
