Showing Our Faith

 

Our motto: "We will show you our works by what we do", is nowhere better demonstrated than through the great teams we hosted in October. Compass Church Construction Team. They have been a part of our work for the last several years and they wanted to share the opportunity to serve the widows and orphans with others from their church. Thanks to their team they were able to re-roof and replace the ceiling of our Sna Sankream Home as well as brighten it up with a much needed fresh coat of paint inside and out! They were energized by their accomplishments they ended up making plans to help another church/home, Phum Prasat receive the same needed treatment. We are on the way to having a new roof and ceiling there as well! Praise God!

Our beloved Open Door Dental Team from Clinton, Iowa came for their annual clinic along with Life Community Church from Phoenix, Arizona to take on a construction project. The two teams hit the ground running seeing close to 300 orphans, widows, neighbors and church members over the five day dental clinic. The construction team was able to put up a beautiful new fence, build a kitchen as well as help raise the land in order to prevent flooding. It was a busy time with eleven church/orphan homes  driving in from all around the province to see the dentist and then go on to help with the construction going on outside! God's work goes on in Cambodia in practical yet powerful ways!
