Unstoppable

Just when we think we've reached the ‘end of the road’ a new path appears. Our pastors trod up the trails and invariably wind up with a fresh group of believers. Prayers for the sick result in healings, and a church is born. "It really isn't rocket science,” says I. "There are two things that paralyze most churches: they give lip service to the Holy Spirit but don't totally depend on His leadership and power, so nothing happens. Or, they are so hung up on their own failures, imperfections and sin, they are convinced God won't use them, so He doesn't. Everywhere I go I do everything I can to cast down both lies. The Holy Spirit is alive, well, and as powerful as ever; you just have to believe it. So, confess, repent, and get over yourselves! Believe in His desire to use YOU and then have the guts to act like it." That'll do!
