Look Within

I've been looking in all the wrong places. As Sou and I would like to get a little rest, together with our FCOP International Board of Directors, FMI and virtually everyone we've consulted, we have come up with "double goose eggs" on every attempt at trying to find transitional leadership. I finally figured out why. We always assumed our transitional leaders were out there somewhere. We've sought out things like integrity, character, experience, but we have not looked within our sphere of influence to find people who actually get the job done. We have dozens of leaders that have grown up in our church community centers with the Holy Spirit and have the competence to insert what they know into their culture. We literally could throw them off the back of a truck, naked, and they would soon find a way to be clothed, fed, have a group of people following Jesus and getting others healed and delivered. They not only have integrity, they have something we have had a hard time importing, cultural competence.
