Talent

Find a talent pool.  Paul Mok is our Rice Farm Manager and he is a mechanical genius. He is famous for his work ethic and mechanical competence; few people know of his deeply spiritual side. I First met him when I came to Cambodia twenty years ago and was being constantly cheated by mechanics that would install used parts for new prices and do shoddy work. I finally went to the largest used car dealer in the country and asked them, "Who is the best mechanic in Cambodia?" Without blinking they said, "That would be Tang Sunleng." I said, "Introduce me!" Sunleng would work on my car and I'd share the Lord with him. He was easy! On my second trip to his shop I gave him a Bible and he read the whole thing in a few days. My third trip there he announced that he'd become a Christian and wanted to change his name. I was delighted but explained that he didn't have to change his name in order to be a Christian. He protested, "I did a lot of bad stuff when I was in the army and I want to change my name like Paul did." I said, "Okay, who do you want to be?" "Well, I want to be like Paul in the Bible and because the toughest general I ever fought was Ta Mok, I want to be called Paul Mok". He was baptized, "Paul Mok."
