No Cancer

Som Art, General Supervisor of the Cambodian Foursquare Church, was one of the first to respond to Long Khit's death, he stayed up all that night meeting arriving pastors from all over Cambodia and making funeral arrangements. After the funeral on April 12th, he returned to his church and found an orphan child having heart tremors. Som Art was up all night with the orphan boy, who recovered by morning, and then, Som Art collapsed. He was physically exhausted and severely dehydrated. The doctors did a full examination of him, and found a ulcerated stomach, blood infection and a tumor in his throat. They treated the ulcer and infection with I.V. antibiotics and took a biopsy of the tumor. The surgeon was not encouraging, as the tumor was dark and resembled cancers he had seen before. For nine days we prayed before the results came back, "No Cancer!".
