Courage

Courage is having enough confidence in your spiritual ability to actually become proactive in exporting it. This is what I really look for in church leaders. "Don't just do what you are told. Innovate, take a risk, reach out and take a chance. I would much rather have someone try and fail than sit and do nothing. I've failed a lot and I'm sure I'm not done yet but I won't quit. We've started far more church groups than we have currently actively meeting. We just keep planting wherever a seed will sprout. People call me an "Apostle" yet I feel about as much an apostle as Thomas Edison did about being called a genius: "Genius? Nothing! Sticking to it is the genius! ... I've failed my way to success."
