I can see!

We'd had a good day. George Butron, my old boss from Singapore, and head of my 'leadership transition team' brought Caleb Brown and Jay Smith from the USA to see the work in Cambodia. We ministered to a church group of about 40 people who hastily gathered together on a Tuesday morning at the Prek Touch Church Home. I was impressed with the new pastor as I'd only called him the night before. Several people received Jesus and we prayed for several more healings.

I knew that there was a Vietnamese contingent that came to the church on Sunday, so I asked if he could take us to one of his home groups down the Mekong River. He brought in a lunch and ordered up a boat. After we crossed over to the Home Group and to my surprise, with only a short notice, there were about 30 people gathered. Two people in the group were said to be blind. Caleb prayed for a young man and he pointed out several distant objects that he said he could not see before and I prayed for an older woman and she could count my fingers as I held them up. The pastor said she could not see before. After those demonstrations, several of the onlookers decided they wanted in on this 'Christian thing' so they all prayed and received Christ; and this was before Thany tried to sink the boat. The Captain was watching.
