Late Christmas

Christmas lingers into mid January here in Cambodia and two of our bigger groups gathered as late as the 13th of January. Both Siem Reap and Oyadau, Rattanakiri had their celebrations late, but they both had packed facilities. Christmas season is always our most fruitful time for church growth in Cambodia and every celebration reported large numbers of people receiving Christ. The total number of salvations reached into the thousands. Yesterday, we had a US Pastor  from Philadelphia of Laotian decent show up with his Lao cousin in tow. They were were looking for the church that led this man from Central Laos to Christ. It turns out he came to Christ through one of our Christmas books published several years ago, now he is ministering the Gospel in his country.
