Infected teeth can ruin the health of your entire body, and I know of no other place where there are more infected teeth than in Rattanakiri Province, Cambodia. We have a dental team from Clinton, Iowa, USA, on sight as I write. This is what I received from our foreign staff on the ground with the team; it exemplifies the spirit of FCOP: “One of the reasons we love what FCOP is doing is because of the intentionality of their foreign help in always serving to support the Cambodians. This is a perfect picture of our goals, 5 dentists and only one is not Cambodian. We have three Cambodian dental students that get to come serve their community as well as learn a thing here or there from the two other more seasoned dentists. A great example of Discipleship. Then you have the team that comes to help with the clinic, and as you can see they are helping assist the Cambodians, rather than the Cambodians assisting the foreigners. Just love what our staff and teams can do together as the Body of Christ.”
