On July 2nd, 2023, a powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit took place during the church service, resembling the Day of Pentecost. Despite Pastor Som Art being called away to campaign, Pastor Sou preached a message after seeking guidance from God. The sermon focused on the pouring out of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2 and highlighted the importance of repentance, baptism, and salvation. The unity of believers in Acts 4 was emphasized, and the believers prayed for boldness in sharing the word of God. The manifestation of the Holy Spirit’s presence and power was reminiscent of Acts 10:38. In response to the message, Pastor Sou called for unity among different churches in all the provinces and to extend the love of the Foursquare church to the larger family of believers. The youth were particularly moved by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and called to action to take the Gospel to the nation.
